Kylie Minogue’s classic pop debut Kylie was originally released on July 4, 1988 and is the first of four albums she recorded with British production company Stock Aitken & Waterman. The album was released on the PWL and Mushroom labels and spawned six singles, including “Got To Be Certain,” “The Loco-Motion” and the global hit “I Should Be So Lucky.” The album was a huge commercial success, holding at #1 in the UK for six weeks and becoming the fifth best-selling album of the decade. It sold over five million copies worldwide.

This remastered LP reissue celebrates the 35th anniversary of the debut album and is pressed on neon pink vinyl in a gatefold sleeve. In her illustrious career, Kylie has sold over 80 million records worldwide, streamed five billion times and released eight number one albums in the UK. Her numerous awards include three BRIT Awards, two MTV Awards and a Grammy. She is the only artist to release a number one album in the UK in five consecutive decades, and her 2019 Glastonbury performance was the most-watched TV moment in the festival’s history.
